  • Milk 250ml
  • Rice powder 2 tbsp
  • Blanced Almonds 12-15
  • Sugar 3-4 tbsp

Methods/steps

  1. Soak almonds and rice powder in a cup of water for around an hour.
  2. Boil milk for 10 minutes.
  3. Blend almonds and rice powder into a paste and add it to the boiling milk.
  4. Keep boiling on medium heat till it becomes thickish.
  5. Serve hot or cold garnished with chopped almonds.
